1. Seller Information
These Sales Terms ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of paid subscriptions to ViralWiz ("the Service"), operated by:

2. Scope and Acceptance
These Sales Terms apply to all paid subscriptions purchased through ViralWiz. They complement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you accept these Terms in full.
These Terms may be amended at any time. The version applicable to your subscription is the one in effect on the date of your purchase or last renewal.
3. The Service
3.1 Description
ViralWiz is a Software-as-a-Service platform offering AI-powered subtitle generation, viral clip detection, thumbnail creation, and direct social media publishing. The Service is delivered as a digital service accessible online via web browser.
3.2 Plans and Quotas
We offer four subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Business) with different monthly quotas (videos, minutes, exports), maximum video length, export quality, and feature access. Detailed plan limits are available on our pricing page. Optional add-ons (Viral Clips, ThumbViral) may be added to any paid plan.
3.3 Free Plan
The free plan offers limited access (3 videos per month, 2 minutes maximum per video, 720p export with watermark). No payment information is required. The free plan does not auto-convert to a paid plan.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in your selected currency (USD for English, EUR for French, SAR for Arabic). Prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT, sales tax, or local taxes, which will be collected by Stripe based on your billing location at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and supports:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- SEPA Direct Debit (EU) and selected local payment methods
- PayPal (where available)
Charges are billed in advance for each subscription period (monthly or annual). If a payment fails, the subscription enters a 3-day grace period during which you can update payment details. After the grace period, paid features are suspended until payment is restored.
5. Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: This is the only refund policy that applies to purchases of ViralWiz subscriptions. By subscribing, you acknowledge having read and accepted this policy.
5.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase Only)
- A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of your FIRST purchase of a paid plan only.
- You must have used less than 10% of the monthly quota of the plan (e.g., fewer than 2 videos on Starter, 5 videos on Pro, 12 videos on Business).
- The refund applies only to the most recent payment, not retroactively to past renewals.
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
5.2 No Refund on Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not refundable. We send a reminder email 7 days before each annual renewal so you can cancel beforehand if needed. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
5.3 Annual Plans
After the 7-day money-back guarantee, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if cancelled before the end of the period. Cancellation stops auto-renewal but keeps your access active until the paid period expires.
5.4 European Right of Withdrawal
For consumers in the European Union, the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply once the digital service has been fully delivered. By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal. The 7-day money-back guarantee above is provided as a commercial gesture beyond legal requirements.
5.5 How to Request a Refund

6. Subscription Duration and Renewal
Paid subscriptions are valid for the duration selected at purchase (monthly or annual) and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize ViralWiz to charge the payment method on file at the start of each renewal period:
- Monthly plans renew on the same day each month
- Annual plans renew on the anniversary of the initial purchase
- Renewal is at the same plan level and add-ons unless modified before the renewal date
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
7. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops auto-renewal but does not refund the current paid period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan at the end of the period.
ViralWiz may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund in case of: violation of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, fraudulent chargeback, abuse of the Service, or non-payment after the grace period.
8. Data Retention After Cancellation
After your subscription is cancelled or your account is closed, your videos and project data are retained for 30 days, allowing you to download or restore them. After this 30-day period, all your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems and storage providers, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records, fraud prevention).
9. Price Changes
We may modify the prices of our plans at any time. Current subscribers benefit from a 12-month grandfathering period: any price increase will not apply to your subscription for 12 months following our written email notification. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
After the 12-month grandfathering period, the new price will apply at your next renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the notice period if you do not wish to accept the new price.
10. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViralWiz total liability for any claim arising from or related to a paid subscription is limited to the total amount paid by you for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. ViralWiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.
